Job Description: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within your assigned region. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with potential customers, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a motivated individual with a deep understanding of the logistics and freight sector and a proven track record of contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics and freight industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and freight operations and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
