Job Type: Full-time (Weekdays only, no nights or weekends)
We are seeking a General Manager for our high-volume, fast-casual restaurant inspired by Hawaiian cuisine. This role is ideal for someone who upholds high standards, demonstrates integrity, and embodies accountability. The right candidate will be hands-on, with a strong background in both back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) operations, and ready to grow into a multi-unit regional manager position.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring all standards and procedures are consistently applied.
- Manage and lead both BOH and FOH teams, ensuring a seamless operation and excellent customer service.
- Implement and maintain high-quality standards for food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and development, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular checks to ensure efficient operation.
- Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Be actively involved in the restaurant, providing hands-on leadership and guidance to staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume, fast-casual restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on accountability and integrity.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in both BOH and FOH operations.
- Serve Safe Certification.
- Reliable and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
- Ambition to grow into a multi-unit regional manager role.
