Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage architectural projects from early concept through construction administration.
- Serve as the primary client contact and lead consultant coordination.
- Oversee internal team workflows, documentation, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead construction administration, including site visits and contractor communication.
- Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative team dynamic.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery aligned with firm and client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of architectural experience, including project leadership.
- Licensed architect preferred (or on path to licensure).
- Strong Revit proficiency required.
- Experience with public-sector architecture (municipal, education, civic, or public safety).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
