Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage architectural projects from early concept through construction administration.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and lead consultant coordination.
  • Oversee internal team workflows, documentation, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead construction administration, including site visits and contractor communication.
  • Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative team dynamic.
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery aligned with firm and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of architectural experience, including project leadership.
  • Licensed architect preferred (or on path to licensure).
  • Strong Revit proficiency required.
  • Experience with public-sector architecture (municipal, education, civic, or public safety).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
