Are you a hands-on data engineer who loves solving complex problems, building scalable ETL pipelines, and working with cutting-edge big data technologies? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

We’re looking for a Lead Big Data Engineer to join an innovative team and play a key role in designing and developing enterprise-level data solutions. You’ll be coding daily in Scala & Python, leading ETL initiatives, and working with AWS technologies like EMR & Airflow to build highly efficient, scalable data pipelines.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading the design and development of big data solutions to support analytics and machine learning initiatives.
• Building & optimizing ETL pipelines—you’ll be deep in Python & Scala, hands-on with code.
• Choosing the right tech solutions—POCs, proof of coding, and selecting the best tools for scalability.
• Designing data models and collaborating with data engineers to optimize and maintain them.
• Maintaining BI systems and developing dashboards using tools like Tableau, QuickSight, and Power BI.
• Partnering with product owners and dev teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Working closely with enterprise architecture teams to establish future data architecture standards.

🔹 What We’re Looking For
✔ 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 2+ years specializing in Marketing Tech Ecosystems & Content Management.
✔ Strong experience coding in Python & Scala (not just PySpark).
✔ Hands-on experience with AWS (EMR, Airflow highly preferred; QuickSight is a bonus).
✔ Familiarity with BI and analytics platforms (experience level can vary).
✔ Background in healthcare data is a plus, but not required.
✔ Strong communication skills—you’ll be working closely with both technical & business stakeholders.
