About the Role:
We are seeking a General Manager to oversee operations in Mammoth Lakes, CA. This position involves managing property maintenance, building relationships with homeowners, leading a team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Mammoth operations, overseeing property management, leading your team, and ensuring owners and guests are delighted with their experience. You’ll focus on:
•    Leading, managing, and supporting your team while holding them accountable.
•    Overseeing property maintenance and ensuring owners’ assets are well cared for.
•    Managing expenses and profitability, ensuring vendors are timely paid and owners are correctly billed.
•    Building relationships with homeowners, discussing revenue, guest feedback, maintenance, and day-to-day operations.
•    Engaging in the local community to expand our network of owners, guests, and vendors.
•    Problem-solving and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
•    Keeping property inventories and systems organized and up-to-date.

 

Weekly Success Metrics:
•    Regularly connecting with 25% of the owners in your portfolio each month to discuss market trends, guest feedback, and more.
•    Inspecting at least five homes to maintain our high guest satisfaction standards.
•    Maintaining a guest review average of 4.5 or higher.
•    Resolving owner issues within seven days.
•    Ensuring maintenance work orders are completed within two weeks.
•    Reviewing guest feedback and implementing changes to enhance experiences.
•    Overseeing monthly inventory resets and maintaining accurate property data.
