Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join their team. This role involves maintaining and growing sales within a predetermined territory under the supervision of the Vice President of Sales and/or the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by maintaining existing customer relationships and forging new dealer relationships.
  • Travel to customer locations to facilitate sales of products and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales/profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with the Credit Department to aid in credit & collection issues.
  • Work with branch operations to resolve dealer issues.
  • Perform ride-alongs with dealers to develop high-efficiency sales techniques.
  • Implement dealer business plans.
  • Keep dealers informed about promotional activities and offerings.
  • Provide competitive pricing and product information.
  • Monitor industry competition to determine potential business and/or lost business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least three (3) years of HVAC experience in a Territory Manager or inside sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, goal-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Well-organized and professional.
  • Valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle for territory travel.
  • Maintain insurance coverage as per the Personal Auto Use Agreement.
  • Ability to perform general office tasks and drive for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds.
