Job Title: Senior Construction Manager
Location: Mobile, AL (100% On-Site)
Salary: $50 - $60/hour
Duration: 10–12 months

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the construction of a 26,000 SF manufacturing facility in Mobile, AL. In this role, you’ll represent the owner and oversee the general contractor’s work, ensuring the project stays on track and meets quality and safety standards. If you have a solid background in industrial or commercial construction and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:
•    Oversee the performance of the general contractor to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
•    Act as the primary point of contact for the owner, coordinating between the GC and any direct contracts
•    Monitor project quality, safety, risk, cost, and schedule
•    Manage change orders and ensure they are properly documented and addressed
•    Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to the owner, providing updates on project progress and any issues

What You Need to Succeed:
•    10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in industrial or commercial construction
•    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
•    Excellent communication and leadership skills to keep the project team aligned and focused
•    Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Additional Details:
•    Per Diem: Up to $4,000/month available, but local candidates are preferred
•    On-Site Requirement: This is a 100% on-site position in Mobile, AL
•    Project Scope: 26,000 SF manufacturing facility
