Role Overview:

As a General Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our restaurant's success, providing direct support to unit leaders and regional management. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing all restaurant functions, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering a premium guest experience. You will also play a crucial role in developing a strong hospitality team and maintaining healthy financials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong communication skills and ability to delegate tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in P&L management and accounting.
- Detail-oriented and organized with orders, invoices, and inventory.
- Comfortable with technology and holding team members accountable.
- Passionate about self-development and the development of others.
- Actively involved with training and ongoing development of all personnel.
- Takes ownership and acts as the Brand Ambassador in the restaurant and community.
