Role Responsibilities
As an Assistant General Manager, you will:
- Lead by example, embodying our core values and culture.

- Drive store sales and financial objectives by removing barriers to success.
- Schedule labor to meet business needs and ensure great guest experiences.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain high food quality standards through strong BOH and FOH execution.
- Address performance issues respectfully and promptly.
- Contribute ideas to improve productivity, retention, and operations.
- Assist in training and developing team members.
- Perform daily administrative duties accurately and efficiently.
- Support our Catering Program and participate in community initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participation).
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work in various environments.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and sense of urgency.
- Self-accountable with high standards and the ability to delegate and follow up.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting and able to prioritize and problem-solve effectively.
- Willingness to learn, develop, and pass necessary certifications.
