We are seeking a Luxury Real Estate Sales Relationship Manager to oversee and manage real estate sales, focusing on driving revenue growth within the global luxury real estate market. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to sell high-profile international luxury properties to US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, customer service, and team management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Reach and exceed sales targets within the agreed period, focusing on the global luxury real estate market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Build long-term and effective relationships with high-net-worth US clients and luxury brokers, and develop partnerships to promote international luxury properties.
  • Maximize sales through various innovative sales channels, including digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, providing support and guidance throughout the sales process and implementing customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate new leads, focusing on high-profile global luxury property showcases.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client information and leads activity reports using CRM tools to track and analyze leads and sales performance data.
  • Visit assigned locations to identify and target potential clients, develop comprehensive market intelligence reports for strategic planning.
  • Understand and attend to clients' needs, providing them with comprehensive information on the best international luxury real estate purchases and prices to meet their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through meetings, calls, emails, visits, and events to improve client awareness and interest in future international projects.
  • Present demos of global luxury property ranges to clients when required and collect market data to enable the business development team to leverage market intelligence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in international high-end real estate sales.
  • Experience in luxury goods and high-end brands is desirable but not essential.
  • Core competencies include execution & delivery, accountability, teamwork & collaboration, effective communication, innovation, and customer service orientation.
