We are vibrant and dynamic restaurant known for its exceptional food, local craft beer and spirits and creating an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to join our team and lead our restaurant to new heights.

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations. Your primary duties will include:

•    Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant staff, ensuring a high level of performance and customer service.
•    Operations: Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, customer service, scheduling and inventory management.
•    Financial Management: Monitor and manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, sales, and P&L management.
•    Customer Satisfaction: Ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests, handling customer complaints and feedback effectively.
•    Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and company policies.
•    Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
 

Qualifications:
•    Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role.
•    Strong leadership and team management skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
•    Knowledge of restaurant management software and financial management.
•    A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
