Registered Nurse (RN), Operating Room

• Location: Parkersburg, WV
• Job Type: Contract
• Pay: $4,152.00 weekly rate

We are currently seeking a seasoned Operating Room, Registered Nurse with specific experience in Endoscopic Vein Harvesting to join our surgical team. This contract position offers a competitive travel package, a recruitment bonus for a 13-week contract, and the possibility of floating to an additional facility.

Day to Day of the role:

• Provide first assistant services during cardiac surgeries with a focus on Endoscopic Vein Harvesting.
• Work closely with the surgical team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records through the EPIC charting system.
• Adhere to the facility’s policies and procedures, including taking calls for potential callbacks.
• Support the surgical team across various tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be a seasoned Cardiac Surgery RNFA with Endoscopic Vein Harvesting experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Active nursing license for the state of West Virginia or NLC Compact License.
• Ability to work the assigned shifts: Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 8 am to 12 pm, with the flexibility to take call for potential callbacks.
• Proficiency with the EPIC charting system.
