We are seeking a Project Architect (Lead) to join a growing architectural firm specializing in healthcare design. This role is ideal for an experienced architect who thrives on leading design initiatives, managing project teams, and collaborating with clients to create innovative and functional healthcare spaces.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion.
- Oversee project teams and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure design quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 10+ years of architectural experience, with a focus on project leadership.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
