We’re working with a well-established and award-winning architecture firm known for its strong presence across Texas and the southern U.S. They’re seeking Practice Leader with a passion for healthcare architecture to guide impactful projects and inspire teams.

This is a leadership opportunity to shape healthcare environments that truly serve communities. You’ll oversee projects from early design through to completion, providing mentorship, strategic vision, and design expertise across multiple studio locations.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Direct healthcare architecture projects from initial concept through to final delivery
    •    Guide and support multidisciplinary teams across several offices
    •    Foster the development of junior talent within the healthcare group
    •    Build long-term client partnerships grounded in collaboration and trust
    •    Ensure design quality and consistency across all project phases
    •    Represent the firm at client presentations, industry events, and public forums

What We’re Looking For:
    •    Minimum 15 years of architectural experience, with a strong focus on healthcare
    •    Demonstrated success in practice leadership and team development
    •    In-depth knowledge of healthcare design standards and regulatory guidelines
    •    Skilled in managing complex, fast-paced projects
    •    Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing confidence
    •    Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
    •    Familiarity with tools like SketchUp, Office 365, and Newforma is an advantage
    •    Architectural license and NCARB certification preferred
